How to Scan Tickets for Your Event

The video below will walk you through the ticket scanning process step by step, including how to use your smartphone camera to scan delegate QR codes and automatically track attendance.

QR code ticket scanning is optional, but we highly recommend using it to automatically track delegate attendance, streamline CPD logging, and simplify certificate issuing.

The ticket scanner works directly from your smartphone camera without requiring any additional app installation.


Step 1: Log in to Your Organizer Account

Log in to your organizer account using your mobile device.

Please note that designated co-organizers can also scan tickets using their own accounts.


Step 2: Open the Ticket Scanner

From the top menu bar, click on:

Scan Ticket → Camera Ticket Scanner

This will open the QR code scanner directly in your mobile browser.


Step 3: Allow Camera Access

If prompted, allow the website permission to access your phone’s camera.

This permission is required for scanning QR codes.


Step 4: Scan the Delegate QR Code

Point your phone camera at the delegate’s QR code.

The system will instantly scan the ticket and automatically check the attendee in.

A successful check-in confirmation message will appear on the screen.


Step 5: Duplicate Scan Detection

If a ticket has already been scanned previously, the system will notify you that the attendee is already checked in.

This helps prevent duplicate entries and ensures accurate attendance tracking.
