How to Issue Certificates and Collect Electronic Feedback Forms (Evaluation)

Follow these simple steps to issue certificates or feedback forms to your delegates or faculty, using the templates you have already created. If you not yet created the certificate template or the feedback form questionnaire follow our howto on those.

Step 1: Access the Certificate or Feedback Section

Log in to your account and select your event dashboard.

Click on Certificates or Feedbacks.

On the next screen, click on Issue Certificates and Feedback.


Step 2: Configure Certificate and Feedback Settings

Choose whether you would like to issue:

  • Feedback forms and certificates together (recommended)
  • Certificates only
  • Feedback forms only

Next, choose whether you are issuing for:

  • Delegates
  • Faculty

Select your previously designed certificate template from the dropdown menu based on your selection.

Then select your previously created feedback form.

Next, choose the applicable ticket types or leave all selected to issue for all attendees.


Note: If you have created a feedback (evaluation form) template, we recommend you choose the 'Standard' one from dropdown for feedbacks. This just contains 2-3 questions about the event and takes less than 30 seconds for the delegate to fill. 


Step 3: Select Attendees and Issue

In the next screen Select the list of attendees you would like to issue certificates and/or feedback forms to.

Click on the Issue Certificate & Feedback button at the bottom of the page.

In one click, all certificates and feedback requests will be issued.

If you chose to issue certificates and feedback forms together, delegates or faculty members will be required to complete the feedback questionnaire before they are allowed to download their certificate.


Important Notes

  • Emails are queued and may take some time to be delivered.
  • From the Certificates section, you can click on Delegates Certificate Downloaded to see who has downloaded their certificates.
  • You can also send reminder emails to attendees who have not yet downloaded their certificates.

How to View Feedback Responses

The Analytics Dashboard under the Feedbacks section allows you to:

  • View submitted responses
  • Download responses as a .csv file
  • Download an automated feedback report
